I decided to do the freerice.com as one of the assignment replacements. I have done this with my children in the past and they really enjoy it. I did enjoy it but it took way too long to get 35,000 grains. I believe I would not choose to do this again as a replacement. I did learn a lot of new vocabulary. Some rather strange words. The level I worked on was to level 60.
I did also do about about 1,000 grains of rice for grammar. This was the first time for me so I only went to level 10. I really enjoyed the grammar part.
